I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Canton, OH) in Mar 2021
Interview
They asked me some ambiguous questions from inside their car then never got back to me. Not very friendly must have been a bad day. Maybe I shouldn’t have said I like Coors Better
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch in Sep 2020
Interview
I went through an endless amount of rounds of interviews. I was never once told the salary for the position nor was I told a full list of responsibilities that I thought I would allow me to make a rationale decision on accepting the job. The interview was based solely for the benefit of the company and not the interviewee. They did a terrible job of remembering that I too am interviewing them. In every round the people I talked to seemed unhappy, overworked and unenthusiastic all while claiming "this is a fun industry" through dead eyes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked the same questions in every round and I believe they were looking for exact answers that someone only who worked internally for AB could answer. It did not translate to a person outside of their industry well.
It's an average process. I have 2 interviews in 2 weeks. First one is with the line manager then the second one is with the country manager. But I didn't get hired. Perhaps I asked for too high salary. I wish I could join this company.
Prepare for a presentation task when you do the interview. They will ask you to present a solution base on their products. You have a week or 2 to prepare.
