I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very frustrating interview process. I took a series of tests: 2 personality, chart reading, reading comprehension, and function processes. I received emails saying "Congratulations, you passed the tests. Look forward to emails on the next steps". Then 3 weeks later, I receive an email that they will be moving forward with other candidates. This made little sense to me, as I was given no more tests and passed all the tests they provided me with. In my opinion the process could be much more transparent and streamlined.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you work well in fast paced environments (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree)?
First a personality/culture fit online assessment. Then a virtual HireVue Interview. Then an on-campus case interview. The case interview was about 30 minutes to read through and work on the case and then another 15-20 to talk it through and present to an interviewer who also had some other questions.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
Met with a recruiter at a school career fair. Had a few online tests that were pretty straight forward and some short answer questions. Completed a HireView interview and then had a interview at my university with 2 interviewers. 30 minute case deciding what 2 beers to add. Only like 7 minutes to pitch your ideas, have good justification as they will have strong questions. After this it is a pretty normal interview pitching yourself and just getting to know them as much as they are getting to know you. The last round is a panel in NY or STL.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process was very intense and had multiple stages. There are multiple preliminary tests that measure your IQ and culture fit at AB. If you pass these tests, you have a HireVue interview, then you move on to the case study interview. You present to the interviewer and it turns into a behavioral interview. If you pass this, you move on to the business stimulation. It is supposed to be fun but it was a really negative experience for me. You are split into groups and asked to answer uncomfortable questions about your teammates in front of others, while the assessors are walking around and taking notes.
