Interview
A short pre-screening call and followed by an interview that was scheduled less than 24 hours before hand. Very unprofessional and promises were not kept. Highly unorganised and this reflects the inefficiency of the organisation.

Interview
I called and asked for relief work and was invited in to meet the depuy the following day. It was very relaxed and casual, he asked questions about my experience (which was minimal at the time). He was very impressed with my qualifications (Bsc Honnors degree in Computing and a post graduate degree in Education with mathematics major) and he told me about his daughter who was living in the UK. I was offered a couple of weeks work on the spot and after 3 weeks I was offered a terms long srvice leave cover. 1 week into that I was offered a fulltime position.

Question 1
I don't recall there being any questions that made me feel uncomfortable, the whole process was very relaxed and I was really assessed on my suitability for the job based on the head of depatment on-the-job feedback and how well the students responded to me during my first week at the school.
