Company recruiter reached out for initial screen. Screen was a lot more in-depth than most screening calls are and I thought it went well. On the call, the recruiter said the next steps would be setting up time with the hiring manager and that they would be reaching out shortly. Radio silence after that. Sent 2 follow-ups over 4 weeks and got no response.
