Angel Of The Winds interview questions

Applied online and received an email invitation for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The conversation went well - the hiring manager was personable and engaging, and I left the call feeling positive. I was invited to move forward to the next stage. HR sent an email with details about the in-person meeting shortly after the call. The next round was described as an "on-site panel interview with the team, plus a test ". What I didn't expect - this was a group interview. 6 candidates were scheduled at the same time for the same position. The process took approximately 3 to 3.5 hours total. All candidates completed a computer-based test together in the same room (took about an 1 hour or so), then took turns meeting individually with three team members in different office. The individual conversations with team members were pleasant... but the group format felt impersonal and was not communicated clearly upfront. On the way out, a security guard searched the bags of some candidates. After spending several hours putting your best foot forward, the last thing you expect is to be treated like a suspect on your way out the door! we were all there as job applicants, not suspects. It left a very strange impression.... After the interview, they promised feedback would be provided the following week. Several weeks have passed with no communication .... no update.... no rejection....no response. This kind of silence after a lengthy, in-person process is frustrating and disrespectful... Hope my experience will help future candidates.
