I interviewed at Andronaco Industries (Kentwood, MI)
Interview
The interview was very straight forward. All the basic questions and desires and job could ask for. Everyone who interviewed me were very nice and passionate about the job at hand.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Andronaco Industries (Grand Rapids, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
Standard meeting with HR, Dept Mgr and company Owner. All talked ad nauseum about their respective jobs, but had little insight into the actual job i ended up doing. It felt like they were trying to convinceme how hard they work, with no regard to whether I was a good fit there. The biggest disappointment was the Owner, it seemed like he wasn't very engaged in the details of his business, more that the prestige and image of his business was what mattered to him. Failed to clearly answer basic questions in regards to the job function

Question 1
Nothing too hard, they did most of the talking rather than asking me much in the way of intelligent questions. They did more talking than listening, which is a red flag. All 3 described the job i ended up landing, but it turns out none of what they discussed was actually related to the work i perform daily.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Andronaco Industries
Interview
I interviewed for this position through a temp agency. Following the interview, I was given a tour of the building and introduced to the CEO, and it was heavily implied I was the candidate who had been chosen for this opportunity. However, for the next week and a half, I was given essentially no clues about the next step in the process, even after following up multiple times. Ultimately, someone who had been a coworker recommendation was chosen for this position. While I understand and respect the decision, I found it to be highly unprofessional to imply that I had secured this position, only to follow it up with minimal contact for almost 2 weeks.
