I was invited to go to Germany and interviewed by the branch company of ANDRITZ. I was required to introduce my background and working experience in my former company. Then, I was invited to talk with division's manager.

Interview
I had the privlage of having an 1 hour of time with Head of the Department. I have utilized the time to help him understand why I am a better candidate and as per me the interview was a geat success
Ottima azienda, colloquio è andato bene.. l'attenzione verso le persone è importante e considerato. Le risorse umane sono state preparate ed hanno fatto domande adeguate. Azienda molto strutturata e volta alle persone che ci lavorano
Vorstellungsgespräch wurde geführt von Abteilungsleiter und HR Mitarbeiterin. Einleitung durch Vorstellung der Abteilung und Position seitens Arbeitgeber.
Anschließen Vorstellung meinerseits. Abklärung wie die Einarbeitungsphase aussieht. Besichtigung der Büroräume und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter.
