Question 1
How would you handle a situation where your boss asks you to do something you feel is unsafe?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen (Saint Paul, MN) in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied online and HR reached out to me and would like to do a MS teams interview for initial screening. I asked if we can do phone call since I was at work and the HR did not replied. I figured it out for the teams meeting eventually. And during the initial interview, it feels HR just wanted to finish asking a list of questions and there is not much real interaction or passion. Later they told me the hiring manager was out of office and may give me feedback after that, but I never heard anything back.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Andersen (North Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
I walk into a room and am told to wait until my name is called. Shortly, they call my name and I am brought into a room with three SilverLine Windows engineers. They are casual and relaxed, and I felt comfortable as a result. They told me that the questions are meant for me to show more about "who am I," versus just "what I do". Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I made sure to include any relevant information. They were interested to know the interviewee on a personal level.
