Interview
The interview process is really inefficient. Having interviewed candidates myself, and been interviewed, this is the worst of them all. The questions are purposeless and interviewers are not helpful, except prideful and full of themselves. I surely can never interview with Andela again or recommend it to any colleagues.

Question 1
Very easy questions, but they just read from a question bank expecting you to answer word for word cause the interviewers are not necessary experienced in the domain they are interviewing..
It was quite ok. I was prepping for a harsher interview, but it all went smoothly. I was given an algorithm question that took a while to solve, but it was ok.
