they dont know what they are doing. they havent been able to hire a manager in months. they hired an alcoholic who lasted 3 weeks. not a single other candidate has accepted an offer. those are the smart ones.

Interview
The first interview I waited over 30 min for the interviewer to not show up or reply to emails until the following week. When we rescheduled, she was clearly going through the motions and had zero intent on moving me forward.
