Interview
(1) Email interview and experience review
(2) Programming test. I was asked to spend 8 hours and create a react and rails application. Took me 10 hours :)
(3) Project Managment simulation. Asked to create several artifacts to get a "project back on track". Very interesting.
(4) Follow-up review of the projects.
