I interviewed for the role of Trainee Recruiter but sadly didn't get it. Pro's - Though I didn't get the role, I really learn't a lot from the experience. Seemed like they are a great team and good fun. Con's - Smaller company, seemed like there would be a lots of changes and that it is very fast paced.
