There was a brief assessment to fill out and then an interview over zoom in which you had to prepare a 5 minute lesson related to a topic they give you a selection of. The posting and the interviewer indicated the during-session pay would be $20/hr but the offer said $18/hr and they would not adjust it. $15/hr for planning
