I had an introductory 30-minute meeting with an engineering manager on the team the were hiring for. They got back to me the next week asking me to do a technical take-home assignment. I did the assignment and scheduled a 60-minute follow up with another engineer from their team. We went over the assignment and they asked me to change it based on new requirements. Heard back a week later they weren't interested in moving forward.
