With the referral, I got an interview, but I had only 20-minute calls with someone just like my role, not a lead or a manager. She just read some questions which, she had in front of her, seemed like she had never done any other interviews in her life, then they said sorry

Interview
In-person interview with HR and the team leader. After having a brief introduction to each other, they asked a logical question to observe your problem-solving skills. Then, they asked some technical questions and some coding questions.
