Chatted on the phone with an HR person for screening second interview was with a Sales Manager and Sales Director. They'll ask specific campaigns you worked with and how you're able to successfully execute the entire project from start to end. They wanted to get a feel of how you handle rejections and or objections and your creative thought process.
