Interview
I first interviewed for this role about four months ago. There have been changes in mangement and leadership roles, so I was not contaced again soon after. This interview happened after Ampersand reached out to me, and ultimately I had to follow up in order to actually get the interviewed scheduled as there was a delay in email correspondance. Both interviews were conducted over Zoom. When I first interviewed for this role with someone else, it was with benefits, under the same job description. After this second interview, I was offered no benefits because of the nature of being a "temporary" employee (despite the fact that it would be for over one year), and the rate of $20 per hour.

Interview
Had a first interview with someone from the team I would be on. They were very pleasant, asked the usual questions "what is it about ampersand that makes you want to work here." They also stressed it is a bipartisan company. I have a second interview scheduled with someone else from the team.
