Ampact interview questions

I interviewed from out of state, so my experience may differ. I had a brief phone call and then a Zoom-type interview which comprised the extent of my interview process.

I had Applied for one job that I want to but I was offered another instead of being because of my experience and knowledge and skills to complete said job instead of being rejected completely from the company and never hearing back from them. The application and one interview process with the Director and ED of the program.
