Contacted by phone mid evening from owner, who was calling from cell phone while on the street. After an initial phone interview I was contacted several weeks later for an in person interview at their warehouse in New Jersey. Most of the in person interview consisted of me trying to find the location as I wasn't given the correct address then the owner wandering the warehouse to try to find me a catalog. Most of the "interview" consisted of me waiting for the owner to get back from wandering the expansive and very dark warehouse to find me a catalog of the products I would not end up selling due the the fact that he didn't want to pay a descent draw vs. commission without any salary or benefits.
