Interview
Casual approach, managers conduct interviews, they seem busy and the interviews are probably a strain on their existing schedule. They're friendly and comfortable to speak to, I was comfortable to be myself, extreme formality not needed. Practical test requires creating basic crud MVC application for accessing two tables in SQL, with views and queries that you create based on a request from a non-technical user who describes the necessary output. The workstation has outdated Visual Studio that was frustrating.
