Two 30 minutes interviews. One with HR and one with the Hiring Manager. Interview was mostly behavior with very few technical questions. Was very easy and I had a pleasant experience

Interview
It was a 45 minutes interview with the HR and the Quality Director. More emphasis on why are you a good fit for the role? Another question was about Measurement System Analysis and SPC methods. Company had a list of candidates with more experience in their pipeline so another question was why should they choose me over someone who is more experienced.
