The first-round interview raised serious concerns. There were comments made about a current employee's age, performance, and even suggestions that I might consider letting them go. This struck me as deeply unprofessional and raised major red flags about the team culture and leadership approach. I would advise candidates to consider this carefully.

Interview
I applied on Indeed on 10/18 and got a message requesting an interview on 10/21. I responded with my availability and we set a time, then she sent a message saying she had double scheduled so we would have to change our time. I agreed and confirmed all dates and times in each message since she was a little vague on her end. Once the date rolled around, I waited for her call. Nothing. So I sent a follow up message confirming our appointment. No response. So I waited, thinking I may have misunderstood and was actually supposed to call her instead. So I called. No answer, no call back. Never heard from her again. A week or 2 later I got a "not chosen" notification from Indeed.
