Interview
Pretty easy going typical interview just basic behavior questions thats pretty much it I guess. Just be prepared to answer simple questions thats it. It is on the phone. Then there is a virtual portion after you get a offer.
They want to get a feel if you would be good at dealing with people in different situations. What you would do if confronted peacefully or hostilely. If you have first aid training. Where can you work. Flexibility of hours.

Interview
Very Straight forward. Met with a hiring manager who introduced me to my Account Manager who then scheduled me to meet with the account contract holder who made the final decision to hire me at his location.
