Three hour long interview with an excel test and a test on their CRM software. Spoke with owner for 2 hours and had a great interview. Offered a job a few days later. Wanted 5 references from previous supervisors and called to speak with each one.

Scheduled a Zoom interview. They were 15 minutes late and were incredibly rude and it was clear they had decided the moment they saw me that they would not move forward.

It was easy and fast. The HR manager was a good listener. It was via zoom meeting. There many questions asked about the position and they appear to very interested with me.
