First there was direct email from the HR regarding setting up of the interview process. The interview consists of two technical managers one of whom is Japanese Staff and an HR lady. The interview was very easy as they go through some typical HR/ behavioural questions. At the end of the interview, which is about an hour long, there is a Catia tool test where they give you a screw and you need to design it on Catia. Afterwards, you are given a chance to ask them questions about various things.
