I interviewed at American Medical Association (Chicago, IL)
Interview
More complicated than it needed to be at this job level. And too many different interviews scheduled to move things along quickly. Several of the interviews seemed perfunctory and perhaps just to satisfy multiple parties interest
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Medical Association
Interview
The interview involved a writing sample, a role play, & standard STAR method questions. During the interview process I discovered this position is a glorified Account Manager role with no opportunity for commission. Also, during the interview process the interviewers revealed that there are more people in management that necessary which gives me the idea that they micromanage like crazy because there isn’t enough work to go around. The ratio is about 1:6. I did not get any insight into the company culture.
