American Immersion Theater interview questions

It was 3 rounds and a super straight forward process. The first interview was oddly quick, the second interview was awesome (super in depth and personable), and the third was problematic. The CEO was not only eating his lunch during our interview, but seemed generally uninterested and told me that this probably wasn’t the job for me because I did theater in high school and college and this is a different kind of theater

Considering that I did not audition because the whole scene was so sketchy, I arived at a strip mall, it was hot, they were locked out and very disorganized and sketchy, no welcome or anything. I waited in the heat for 20+ minutes before deciding that this company was disorganized and really sketchy. I didn't audition but still got an email about a call back then this email below. If you don't even know who shows up and who doesn't poor organization.
