Interview
Very open, non judge-mental, comfortable setting. They walk you through step by step. Paper work is very organized. They treat you with an upbeat, positive attitude. If you have a question they have an answer!
2 interviews: first interview with the president and the second is with the team. First interview was very professional and the second interview was not. The interview was not hard but the tone of the interview was more of trying to size you up or grill you than anything else.
