First I had a phone interview with HR. Then I had two interviews scheduled with random people at the company since the position above this one was also vacant. Then the interview times changed, I was sent wrong Zoom info and then was texted to ensure I got it. Overall, it seemed unorganized and chaotic.

Interview
After a phone interview with a recruiter, I was asked to come in and meet with the outgoing Director and others on the Finance team. I sat in a glass meeting room to meet with individuals. Everyone was so nice and it had a laid back vibe. You can tell everyone enjoyed working with each other.

Interview
I met with the current Director who was leaving for a position at his previous employer and with the acting CFO. The staff was all very nice and friendly when I walked it. You can tell it was a laid back office with people that genuinely like to work with each other.
