Very thorough and friendly process. Met with accounted executive and general manager. They asked about my history and let me know what would be expected. I really liked to process. It was fun.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a rep from AFR and the woman was very nice. I felt as if it wasn't similar to the interviews I've had in the past. I wasn't asked many questions about my qualifications or even pertaining to the job. It also felt like they were very unprepared.
