American Eagle Protective Services interview questions

I was stuck in traffic and noticed then that I might be a little late and which they said it’s was ok. I got there 3 minutes late, had to fill out a form that’s all on my resume and then waited forever. My appt was scheduled for 11am. I waited for 45 minutes and then when asked when someone was going to see me, the front desk lady gave me attitude. Apparently they scheduled 2 people at 11am and because I was a few minutes late, I had to wait. So unprofessional. I will never apply again.
