I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Basically, the interview process was simple. After turning in my application I was called back to interview. They asked pretty basic retail questions and nothing caught me off guard. I would suggest having a few buzzwords memorized, things like "responsible" and other things to that affect.
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
Interview
Straightforward behavioral questions. Ask them anything really. Provide any details or anything really about this role and why you want to be part of the team. Overall, the process seemed laid back.
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (California City, CA)
Interview
They call and ask to schedule an interview with you. Then you meet face to face and get a chance to get to know your store manager or assistant store manager. Overall it was a typical interview process.
