I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Denver, CO) in May 2015
Interview
I had a one on one interview with the manager which lasted about 30 minutes. In this interview, the manager asked me multiple questions beginning with very basic ones such as where I go to school, when I will graduate, my future plans, interests. Then my manager asked my why I chose American Eagle, why I would like to work there, and what makes me a good candidate for the job. After the interview, my manager told me I got the job.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
