I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Madison, WI)
Interview
I had saw the job opening within the store, and had received an application and brought it to the establishment a week later. Upon turning in my application, I had waited a month, before I had received word that the establishment had filled its quota for underage, under eighteen years of age, workers and therefore did not have any available positions.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
