Spoke with the principal for about an hour and a half. Discussed his methods and project types. Overall casual conversation and a great experience overall. All questions were fair and my questions were answered well.

Interview
I applied on a whim through an ad I saw on Craigslist. I got an interview fairly quickly. Met with the two Principals. Pretty straight forward, they asked me about school and some of my previous work. Got an email about a week later.
