I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Campus Communities (Tempe, AZ) in Jan 2016
Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at American Campus Communities in Apr 2016
Interview
An awful interview process, a series of panel interviews. It was a joke to bet honest, gathered too many of us together in the hopes of instigating an argument between us.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Campus Communities (Buffalo, NY) in Feb 2014
Interview
Took a really long time to get in contact with the manager who was hiring for the position. He didn't respond to any of my emails asking if I was still getting hired.
Asked me generic job questions about experiences with customer service, schedule etc....
Told me that I'd get an offer
Took another week or two to get the offer then I got officially hired

Question 1
There weren't really any. There were only generic questions. I guess defining my availability was the most important part since they hire more based on availability than anything else.
