Interview
Interview process took over six weeks and ended with an email from HR with the following "Due to internal changes, the team has decided to put this role on hold while they review all current positions. If the role is reopened, I will reach out to see if you are still available and interested."
This was after 3 rounds of interviews, including an on-site visit with two interviews.

Question 1
What would you consider one of your greatest successes?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Barcode and RFID
Interview
The interview process was extensive. There was a phone interview, am in person interview with two Vice Presidents, as well as another in person interview with the president and CEO. While this might seem tedious to some, I appreciated it. They do business in a particular and efficient fashion. I learned a lot about the company in these interviews which I appreciated. Some might feel that it is an "old" way of conducting interviews, however it is more personal and constructive than simply applying online, talking on the phone, and having a short in person interview.
