Interview

One phone interview followed by an interview by the HR director. I then went on a facility tour with the plant manager, and another interview with the owner. I was made an offer the next day!

Interview

Quick, the interview was professional, HR great. Management was questionable. I felt like I was being studied. I guess every company is different in their interview process. Again I appreciate the Human Resource Department
