Responded to a post about this position on an job posting website. Interviewed at store #3765 in Daly City, CA, right next to Serramonte Mall. The person who did the interview was the General Manager. I was contacted within a day of applying. The General Manager e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, she followed up by asking me when I was free to come in for an in-person interview. The phone interview was informal and lasted only 5 minutes. The in-person interview was 14 minutes and the general manager basic interview questions like about your experience and how you handle certain situations. After the interview, she said she would contact me in a few days because she had a few interviews left to do. I graduated magnacumlaude with a bachelor's degree and had several years of customer service experience. Unfortunately, I was not chosen for the position. This entry level job paid $16.62/hr (Daly City's minimum wage) and was part time.

Was moving to the area and applied a few months prior to the move. Was able to schedule my interview out a few weeks and have it after the move. Interview was straight forward and relatively easy. Was asked about previous experience. Got a call later that day offering the job.

They contacted me for an interview after applying and I scheduled one. Showed up to the virtual interview on time and waited and waited and no one showed. Emailed them to let them know I tried and if we could schedule a different time and no answer. Do not recommend applying here, they’re either extremely unprofessional or it’s some sort of scam
