America Chung Nam interview questions

1st screening was very professional. However, when it comes to direct manager, she looked mean and look down on your career path. GPA is a reference for fresh grad and should not be the indicator for someone with 8 years of experiences.

I gave this company a bad review because they gave me two verbal offers and retrieved them all. It's like a joke and very disrespectful. At first, I applied their position online. I was asked to have two on-site interviews in their office. After the interview with higher-level management, I told them I need H1b sponsorship. They said they would like to hire me and sponsor. And I was asked to hire an immigration lawyer myself to consult on H1b. I spent $200 and gave them the consultation result, which is good. However, they finally said they don't want to sponsor and take back the offer. Afterward, I was hired by another good employer. Then five months later, Chung Nam HR called me and emailed me a few times to reach out to see whether I still had interest in their position. I told them a desired salary if I would change a job. They said they would like to offer the number and would sponsor my H1b transfer. So I had an interview with high-level manager again. After two months emails and reaching out, they finally said they would not hire me, without explanation. I'd say each time they call back the offer, they didn't give me a reason. They tried to offer an attractive salary and benefit package at beginning, then spent long time to interview but ended up with nothing, TWICE. It's really time-consuming and disrespectful.
