The interview process was held over zoom, it was very speedy, comprehensive and enjoyable. I'd say they it was a very low stress interview in comparison to most interviews with big organizations.
Very easy and quick. Questions assessed my personality and goals, as well as my weaknesses. I should’ve asked more questions but aside from that I could tell she was impressed with me and was welcoming of questions.

It was an easy and straightforward process. The interviewers were kind and charismatic, which really eased my mind and made me want to work with Americorps more. It was one interview via Zoom and then i received a formal offer.
