Initially contacted by the HR specialist to validate my information and expereince and then an in-person interview was scheduled via email. All in all it was a very smooth process. My interviewer all provided a description of the position, company background and the benefits package.

Interview
Received a random phone screening a few days after applying online. Phone screening was followed by an email setting up an interview. The interview was more like a conversation, back and forth. They described the position, gave background information about their company and their contracts and asked a few questions about background and experience. It was slightly confusing to deal with an office out of state for any sort of communication while the interview was at the local office.

Interview
This is a smooth process, takes a little time to get through the electronic resume process. Their database that takes the electronic resume does not have enough room to enter more than five employers, which makes it difficult to upload all pertinent information as a contractor that may have been through several company turnovers due to contract wins/losses.
