Lengthy but efficient, take the time to get to know the person they are interviewing. A multi step, but clear process. Good follow up by company following interview. Felt like they genuinely cared.

Good communication, welcoming environment, time efficient. However, lacked in professionalism with people coming in and out of the office during interview. No real structure to questions. Answers were different than what recruiter had given.

They asked who I was and to tell them about myself.
The interview process was very professional. I met with 2 clinical managers and they asked situational and behavioral type questions. Prior to the in person interview, I had to do a pre screening with a recruiter. Overall the interview process was very typical.
