Initial interview is a standard interview, and then they have you do a whole simulation test of different scenarios. These include long-form answers to how you would respond to client emails, writing out what you would do if you didn't know the answer to something, how you would respond in the face of something going wrong with a client's event, and then some multiple-choice questions about how you would respond to different things.
