I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazing.com (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was a fairly lengthy process. I was contacted first by the recruiter to do the weed out interview, from there I had a phone interview with the person who would become my manager. After pass that phone interview I was asked for an in person interview. The in person interview was great and the people who interviewed me gave me a great feeling about the company.
After that I did a video call with the CEO/Founder and then was asked to come in for a another in person interview with the President/Founder. All the interviews were great except the last one. I had felt confident after all of my interviews till the last one and then left thinking if I didn't get the job it would be because of that one.
I did get the job so the last one must have gone better than I thought.

Skype test
Took a long time to hear back before I knew I had the job. Interview style was aggressive in the face-to-face. I was asked what salary I wanted at the end which I found unusual and was unprepared for.
