Interview
i was interviewed at a restaurant, in the morning by 2 senior management gentleman. it was quick but thorough. they had both been with aman resorts for a few years each. the big thing for them was opening a brand new resort. i told them i had never done that before but i had no reservations about doing it for them. told them it wouldnt be an issue.
i got hired, but only because i called them for the next 4 days asking about the status of hiring me was.

Interview
It comprised of 3 Rounds, the HR round, General Manager round and the Director of Sales round. Interview involved a test of your skill set and mental awareness. The process usually takes around an hour or so. Interview took place on Skype as well, if the candidate is unable to come due to reasons.
