Standard Interview two on one. HR rep and Foreman brief discussion about past employment and qualifications. Asked about my formal qualifications as I had an extensive list of qualifications and and I had the impression that they possibly felt that I was over qualified for the position and possibly looking for short term employment. Asked if I any thoughts of advancement within the company and in what direction
