Altogen interview questions

Was good, a wide variety: technical and also personal, about my life and motivations. Altogen is a dynamic engineering firm with cutting-edge biotech solutions. Their collaborative environment, focus on innovation, and commitment to quality make them a key player in the Swiss pharmaceutical industry.

Two interviews, both around 40 min, first with recruiter then with business manager. The recruiter was very nice, the BM too although they were very late. Got a call a week after the second interview being told they will make me an offer. I send them all the documents they need and wait. After 6 weeks of them saying they are working on an offer, they reject me cause they say they need someone with more experience. I understand that, but then why playing with people and fooling them? I am just writing this to warn others that you might be treated unprofessionally in the selection process so always keep other options open.
