Normal questions you would hear on any interview. Did appreciate that they had the plant staff also asking questions. The company is really trying to live up to it's values and was making sure I was a fit into the culture.

Standard process. Email response to application asking for interview. Interviewer was pleasant and questions were standard. Ghosted after interview even though interviewer gave me her cell phone number to call if any further questions.
I was told not to expect a bonus before starting the position, yet expected to obtain unachievable goals. Previous Plant Manager walked out on a Wednesday and never went back.
