Asked alot weird questions that didnt seem job related at all and feel it was more of a scam then anything else so i do not recommend it and they tried persudade me more into it

It was a panel of 3 ,where everybody asked questions they will like to know about myself and the experience and skills I have in the same sector and asked about my strength and week points ,and how do i manage pressure

The lady interviewing me over the phone had no personality. Stated it was fully commission based pay. Therefore, I declined to move forward. I know it's great to received commission, but you can't just depend on commission pay. Especially starting out.

Asked if I was okay being fully commission based. On the job description it states that it's salary base with commission.
